We are located near the Kothrud Depot in Pune, specifically over at Runwal Paradise. Sobhadevelopers Ltd. has been around this part of town for a good bit now. It’s a lively area, and being near the depot means there’s always something going on outside. Our office isn't one of those glass towers you see in the tech parks. It’s a functional space where we handle the development side of the business. We deal with a lot of local construction issues and planning. Pune is a big city, but the Kothrud area feels like its own little community, which we like. The team here is pretty small. We mostly just focus on the daily tasks of managing the building sites and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late or the weather messing up a schedule, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't into big marketing slogans. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in being a developer, so you’ll usually see us surrounded by stacks of files and permit applications. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s what we do. We’ve been at Runwal Paradise long enough that the neighbors know us. We’re just local people building things in the city we live in, trying to stay organized.
