Sobha Dev.Ltd

We operate Sobha Dev.Ltd out of Gokule Sagar D. in the village of Kendur. This is in Shirur taluka, deep in the Pune district of Maharashtra. The office is really just a functional space for us to keep our records and meet people. It’s not fancy at all, just a plain building with some basic furniture. We have a few cupboards that are overflowing with paperwork and a couple of ceiling fans that squeak a bit. Being in a village like Kendur means we are surrounded by nature and farming life. We’ve been here for many years, so we’re well-integrated into the local community. Most of our days are spent traveling to different sites or sitting in the office discussing plans. We don't have any formal reception or a big sign outside. People just know where we are. The 412403 pin code is our home. We usually have lunch together and talk about things other than work. It’s a very down-to-earth atmosphere. Sometimes the cows wander close to the entrance, and we have to shoo them away. It’s a far cry from the big city offices in Pune, but we prefer it this way. We just focus on the practical side of things and try to be honest with everyone who comes through the door. It’s a simple, steady way of life that works for our small team.
