Our office for Sobha Dev.Ltd is located in A/P-Kendur, which is part of Shirur taluka in Pune district. We’ve been here in this part of Maharashtra for a long time now. The village life is what we know best. Our workspace is just a simple building that doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside, it’s just a few rooms where we keep our maps and project files. We have some old wooden tables and chairs that have been with us since the start. It’s a quiet place to work, mostly just the sound of birds and the occasional tractor passing by. The 412403 area is quite rural, so we don't have the constant noise of the city. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or talking to the local farmers. When we are in the office, we’re usually drinking tea and going over the day's plans. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the job done. The roads leading into Kendur can be rough, especially during the monsoon season. We all live nearby, so it’s a short commute for the staff. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just take things as they come and try to do a decent job. It’s a humble place, but it’s where we feel most comfortable and we enjoy the slow pace here. We just try to stay honest and work hard.
