We are located over at Survey No. 164/2A in Gurudwara Colony, which most people around here just call Bhukhan Wasti. It is pretty easy to find us if you are headed towards the IAF station in Lohegaon. You can usually hear the planes coming and going throughout the day, which is something you just get used to after living in Pune for a while. This place is basically run by the family, and we have been handling things here under the name Sobha Devlopers Ltd. for some time now. M P Singh stays involved with the day-to-day stuff, making sure things don't fall apart. It is not some fancy glass building or anything like that. It is just a practical spot where we do our work and meet people from the neighborhood. Some days are busier than others, especially when the traffic gets backed up near the station, but we like the area. We have been part of this community for a bit, and people know where to find us. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy talk or making things look better than they are. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. If you are walking around Gurudwara Colony, you might see us out front. It is a humble setup, but it works for us and the work we do. It is just the way we like it.
