We are located within the Canara Bank Residential Complex in Powai, Mumbai. Specifically, we are in Ramashram, 10-B/1103. This is more of a residential setup for Sobha Developers Pvt. Ltd., so it doesn't feel like a cold, glass-walled office at all. Being on the 11th floor, we get a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings in Powai. Mumbai life is always fast, and even here, we are constantly busy with something. The space is basically an apartment that we have turned into a workspace, so it has a kitchen area where we can make our own tea. We have desks set up in the main rooms and shelves full of folders and technical drawings. It’s a bit cramped because we have so many documents to store, but we make it work. The commute here can be a real struggle with the Mumbai traffic, so we are always happy once we finally get inside and start our day. We don’t have a big sign outside or a receptionist; it’s more of a place where you have to know where you’re going. Most of our day is spent on the computer or talking on the phone with different contractors and engineers. It’s a functional space that feels more personal than a standard office. We just keep our heads down and work through the list of tasks for the day. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, but we just use that time to check our phones or talk to neighbors.
