Our office for Sobha Developers Ltd, Pune is tucked away in Yerwada, specifically at Flat No 23 in Varun Society. If you know the area, we are right near the Mohanwadi MSEB office, which is usually the easiest landmark to give people when they are trying to find us for the first time. It is a pretty standard residential society, so it doesn't feel like a big corporate building at all. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it, and the parking can be a little tight during the evenings when everyone gets home. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a while now. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper stacks. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, except for the usual sounds of the city and the birds in the trees outside. We usually keep the windows open to catch a breeze, although sometimes the dust from the road gets in. Most of us here live nearby, so we know the Pune 06 area pretty well. It’s a decent place to spend the day working. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk near the door. It is a very down-to-earth kind of setup, just how we like it for getting our work done.
