We are based in Pune. It’s a big city and we have our hands in a lot of different development projects across the area. Our setup here is pretty straightforward. We don’t have a massive headquarters with hundreds of people; it’s more about the specific teams working on the ground. The city is always growing, and we try to keep up with that pace. It can be a bit overwhelming sometimes with all the new roads and buildings going up everywhere. Our office is a place where we plan out the next steps and deal with all the necessary permissions and paperwork. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it has to be done. We have people who have lived in Pune their whole lives, so they know the city inside out. We don’t really bother with fancy brochures or polished presentations. We just show what we’ve done and let that be it. The office environment is casual. We wear comfortable clothes because we’re often out at construction sites anyway. There’s always a bit of dust on our shoes. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everything moves forward as it should. It’s a busy city and we’re just a part of the movement here. We keep it simple and keep working.
