Our place is at Plot No 1 in Dhalait Mala. It’s right on the Kupwad-Madhav Nagar Road. If you are coming from Sangli, you can’t really miss the turn. We are in the Kupwad area. It’s a bit of an industrial and development zone, so it fits what we do perfectly. The office is a simple building on a good-sized plot. We have plenty of room for vehicles and equipment when they need to be parked here. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of project files. It gets a bit dusty with the road right there, but that’s part of being in this location. We have a small crew working out of this branch. Most of the guys have been with the company for years. We aren't big on meetings that last forever. We prefer to just talk about what needs doing and then go do it. The local area has its own rhythm. We know the shopkeepers nearby and get our tea from the same place every morning. It isn't a high-rise glass building, just a solid place to work. We handle the local development tasks and keep an eye on the sites around the district. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we like seeing things get built. It’s just how we operate here in Sangli.
