Our location out here in Pimpri Sadroddin is quite different from the city offices. We are in the Igatpuri area of Nasik. It’s much quieter here, and you can see the landscape changing with the seasons. Working in Maharashtra in this district means we deal with a lot of local stuff. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle the development side of things. We spend a lot of time on the road between different sites. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when it rains hard in the hills. We don't have all the bells and whistles of a fancy city office. It's mostly just us, some old chairs, and a lot of maps and plans. The people who work here are mostly locals or have lived in the district for a long time. We know the land and we know the neighbors. It’s a straightforward way of working. We don't spend money on big signs or marketing stuff. Most people around here just know where we are if they need us. It’s a bit of a drive to get to the main town, but we like the pace. We just get on with the day’s work and try to stay on top of the projects we have going. It’s honest work in a beautiful part of the country.
