Sobha Developers Ltd

Our place is in Shahu Nagar, right near the B Ed College on Bhaygaon Road. It’s in the Malegaon Camp area of Nashik. It’s a pretty busy part of town, especially with the college students around. We work for Sobha Developers Ltd from this location. It’s a basic office, nothing fancy. We spend most of our time on the phone or out at the construction sites nearby. Nashik is growing fast, so there’s always something to do. The office is often full of dust from the road, but we don't mind much. We have a couple of old chairs and a big table for looking at plans. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine. We’re just regular people doing a regular job. We don't talk much about visions or missions. We just talk about bricks, cement, and how long the next load will take to get here. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to meet a deadline. We know the local tea stall guy well, he comes by a few times a day. It’s a decent neighborhood to be in. We’ve been here for a while and the people are friendly. We just try to get the work done right and on time. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't have a massive sign, but if you look for the B Ed College, you'll find us nearby.
