We’ve been here in Kondhwa for a while now. The office is right in the heart of Pune-41, so it gets pretty busy around here during the day. Most of us start the morning by checking the schedule and seeing what’s on the list for the construction sites. It’s not a fancy setup, just a place where we get the paperwork done and meet with people who are looking for a new home. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially near the main road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We handle a lot of the local coordination from this spot. Usually, there’s someone at the front desk to point you in the right direction if you’re lost. We don’t really do big fancy meetings, it’s mostly just us sitting around desks and making sure the plans are moving forward like they should. If you stop by, you might see some of the engineers coming in with muddy boots after visiting a site. It’s just how things go in this business. We try to keep things organized, even when the phone doesn’t stop ringing for an hour straight. It’s a decent place to work, and being in Pune means there’s always something happening nearby. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It’s nice to be part of the local scene here in Kondhwa. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks required to keep the construction moving along nicely.
