We are located over at H5/12 in the Hermes Heritage complex, specifically Phase II in Kalyani Nagar. It’s a decent area of Pune, right off the Nagar Road. The office is usually humming with the sound of the AC and the keyboard clicks. We’ve got a lot of files to keep track of here at Sobha Developers. It’s a bit of a maze in this building sometimes, but we’ve been here long enough to know all the shortcuts. We usually have a lot of people coming in and out because Kalyani Nagar is such a busy hub. We don't really have a fancy philosophy or anything; we just come in, handle the project updates, and go home. There’s a lot of coordination involved with the sites across the city, so there’s always someone on the phone or typing up an email. Lunch is usually a quick affair at one of the spots nearby. The office itself is pretty functional—no big art on the walls, just calendars and project schedules. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desks get covered in papers and coffee mugs. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We deal with the daily grind of Pune traffic just like everyone else. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on making sure the building plans are followed and the deadlines are met without making any unnecessary noise about it.
