We’re Sobha Developers Ltd and you can find us over at Manmohan Park in Pune-37. We’re tucked behind the Hotel Jaipur Garden, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. A.G. Jagdale is the one usually handling things at this location. Pune is a busy place, and we’re right in the middle of it. We don't really have a polished front office with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, it's just a couple of us sitting around desks covered in papers and coffee cups. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and trying to figure out where the next shipment of cement is. It’s not always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is eventually. We’ve been working on projects around here for a while and have gotten to know the neighborhood. We don't use fancy slogans or try to sound like a massive corporation. We’re just a local crew doing development work. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes it hard to get to the sites on time, but we do our best. We’re just regular people trying to make a living and build things that will stay standing for a long time. It’s hard work and it’s often tiring, but it’s what we do. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and putting in the hours. We don't have all the answers, but we get the work done.
