In Pune, we are set up at Bhujbal Wasti in Wakad. We are located care of Nandkumar Bhujbal. It’s a bit of a local landmark if you live around here. Sobha Developers Ltd. has this spot as our base in the area. Wakad is growing really fast, so there is always a lot of construction and new buildings going up around us. Our office is right in the middle of all that action. It’s not a shiny skyscraper or anything. It’s a more traditional setup that fits in with the rest of Bhujbal Wasti. We have our desks and our files, and that’s about it. It’s a place where we can sit down and talk through our plans without too many distractions. The people around here are mostly locals, and we’ve settled in quite well. It’s a bit different from being in a big city center, but we prefer it this way. It feels more grounded. We spend a lot of time out on the sites, so the office is mainly for when we need to get the paperwork sorted or meet with someone. It’s a simple, honest workspace. We don’t need anything more than that to get the job done. If you are in Wakad, you’ll find us easily enough near the Bhujbal residence. The entrance is a bit narrow, and we have a small sign so people know they are at the right place. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks when people walk by, but he’s friendly enough. It’s just a normal day at the office for us.
