We are located in Pune at the Khataukar Building in Karve Nagar. Our pin code is 411052. It’s a busy part of the city. We work as part of Sobha Developers Ltd. but our office here feels like a small local business. Most of the time, the rooms are filled with the sound of the city outside. We spend our days coordinating with contractors and checking on various project sites around Pune. The Karve Nagar area has seen a lot of growth lately, and we've been right in the middle of it. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for the files and a few of us to sit and work. There’s always a stack of drawings on the table and some coffee getting cold. We deal with all sorts of people, from suppliers to folks looking for a new home. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things go wrong with the weather or the materials, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just how the building trade goes. We don't have any polished speeches or corporate slogans. We just focus on getting the work done right. If you come by, you'll probably see us arguing over a blueprint or checking the latest government regulations. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it’s our daily reality. Pune is a great place to be, even with all the traffic and noise. We just keep our heads down and work.
