We operate out of Pune, specifically in the 411057 zip code area. It’s a growing part of the city and there is always some kind of construction noise in the distance. Our office is a straightforward place. We don't have big leather chairs or glass walls. It’s just where we come to work every morning. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits. We do development work, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to put buildings on it. It’s not always easy and there are plenty of headaches with permits and weather. But we enjoy it. There's something nice about seeing a piece of ground turn into a home or an office. We try to be honest with everyone we deal with. If a project is going to take six months, we don't tell them three. We’d rather people know the truth even if it’s not what they want to hear. That's just how we were raised. We aren't fancy people. We wear jeans and sturdy shoes because we're often out in the mud at a site. This part of Pune has really taken off lately. In our office, we keep a big map of the city pinned to the wall with colored tacks for all the different sites we are managing. It looks a bit chaotic to anyone else, but it makes perfect sense to us. We’ve had that same map for years. It’s a bit faded.
