Sobha Developers Limited

We are set up over at Narmada Park in Flat B6. This is in the Ravet area of Pune, specifically near the Pradhikaran Nigdi section. It is a part of town that has really grown a lot in the last few years. At Sobha Developers Limited, we spend the majority of our time dealing with the practical, messy side of building houses and offices. Our office space here isn't anything spectacular to look at. It is just a functional room where we keep our files and meet up in the morning before we head out for our site visits. The Survey No. 156/1 area is where we usually gather our materials and talk to the guys. Pune is a busy place these days, especially with all the new roads and infrastructure going up around the Ravet side. We try our best to stay organized, but anyone in construction knows it is often very messy work. There is almost always a delay with a delivery or some change in the architectural plans that we have to handle on the fly. We don’t have a special marketing team or anyone to write fancy documents for us. It is just a small group of us doing the work. We talk to the contractors, check on the piles of cement, and make sure the levels are exactly right. Some days we are stuck behind a desk, but mostly we are out standing in the dirt.
