Being out here in Amravati is a different pace compared to the big cities. We are located at New Chhangani Nagar, specifically set up with N. P. Patne. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time which helps us focus. Sobha Developers Limited has us here to look after things in this part of the region. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. It’s more of a practical base for us. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the upcoming work. The neighbors are nice and they know us by now. It’s a straightforward setup. We get our mail and our supplies delivered here and then we head out to wherever the construction is happening. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy office work done early. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just work hard and make sure the details are right for the company. Dealing with paperwork isn't always fun but it's part of the job. Amravati is growing and we see new things popping up all the time. It feels good to be part of the local scene here even if we're a small office. We keep the place tidy but it definitely looks like a working office with maps and plans everywhere. It’s just how we do things every day of the week. We make lists and check them off slowly but surely so nothing gets missed.
