Our office for Sobha Developer Ltd is located in Pune, specifically over in the Khadki area. If you are looking for us, we are in the Parijat Building in Bhopodi. We took up Flat No 302 on the third floor. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has a lot of character and suits what we do just fine. Working out of a flat makes the whole thing feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass towers you see downtown. We spend most of our time here looking over plans or chatting with people about their building needs. Bhopodi is a decent spot to be based; it's got a good mix of people and activity. Sometimes the stairs feel like a lot on a hot afternoon when the lift is being moody, but we don't mind too much. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or polished because that isn't really who we are. We are just a group of people working in the development sector. We’ve got desks piled with documents and a small kitchen area where we make tea. It’s an honest setup. We handle various tasks related to property and construction without any fluff. Most of our visitors are locals or people we’ve known for years. We like the way things are run here. It’s simple, direct, and we get the job finished. If you need to find us, just head to the third floor of Parijat and look for 302. We'll probably be there sorting out the latest project files.
