Even though the name says Sobha Developer Ltd, Pune, this particular office is actually located out in Apashinge. That’s in the Kadegaon Taluka within the Sangli district. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like being out here. The pace is different in Sangli compared to the big metro areas. We focus a lot on the local development needs of this specific region. Our office is a simple place, very practical, and focused on the tasks at hand. People from the village and nearby areas often stop by to talk about land or building plans. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or polished hallways. It’s just us sitting around a couple of sturdy desks. We handle the paperwork and the planning for projects around the Kadegaon area. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time. Being part of the Sangli community means we know the local land and the people pretty well. We don’t use any marketing tricks to get attention. We just do the job and let the results speak. Some days it’s just us and the local sounds of the village, which is a nice change from the city noise. We are just a bunch of people trying to help build things up in this part of Maharashtra. It’s a straightforward operation and that’s how we like to keep it. People know us as the local guys who understand how things work here.
