Sobha Dev. Ltd.

You can find us at Sobha Dev. Ltd. over in Thergaon. We’re located at Pandit Padalghare’s place, specifically Sr. No. 19/8 in Ratnadeep Colony. It’s right near Dange Chowk, which is a major landmark in this part of Pune. The colony is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main road. Our office is a simple set of rooms on the ground floor. It’s not very big, and we’ve definitely outgrown the space, but we make it work. There are files everywhere, and the shelves are pretty crowded. We spend most of our days dealing with paperwork or talking to visitors who drop by. The 411033 area has changed so much since we first moved in. There used to be open fields nearby, but now it’s all buildings. We have a small table where we sit for lunch together. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, not corporate at all. We don't wear suits or anything like that; just regular clothes. The road outside can get a bit dusty when it hasn't rained in a while. We know the neighbors well, and sometimes they come over just to chat. It’s a good community to be a part of. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily business of the company. It’s practical and it suits us just fine for now. We hope to stay here for a while longer if the rent doesn't go up too much.
