Sobha Dev. Ltd.

Our office for Sobha Dev. Ltd. is at 472 Shivajinagar, tucked away behind Medinova Hospital on JM Road in Pune. It’s a busy spot, and the 411005 area is always humming with activity. We’ve been based in this building for quite a while now. It’s an older structure, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it serves its purpose. Inside, the space is filled with desks, chairs, and stacks of blueprints. We have a small window that looks out over the lane, but the view is mostly just the building opposite us. The traffic noise from JM Road is a constant background sound that we’ve grown used to. Most of us arrive early to beat the worst of the Pune traffic. We don't have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you; you just walk in and find us working. The tea lady comes by twice a day, which is something we all look forward to. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away on keyboards. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans on high. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to be patient. We know the security guards at the hospital and the vendors on the street. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of place. We just focus on getting through the daily list of tasks without much fuss and heading home.
