Sobha Dev. Ltd

The office is in Shivaji Nagar, right in the heart of the Tambri Vibhag area in Osmanabad. We’ve been here for several years now, and the building is starting to show its age a bit. There’s a small porch out front where we usually leave our shoes. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves filled with old registers and a few desks that have seen better days. We don't have any fancy decor or anything like that. It’s just a place to get work done. The morning starts with someone cleaning the floor and setting up the tea. We spend a lot of time talking to people who come in with questions about their land or new projects. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and wait or talk until it comes back on. It’s a simple routine. We know the shopkeepers on the street and often get our lunch from the small place around the corner. The walls are a pale yellow, and we have a few old maps pinned up. We don't really use much technology beyond the basics. It’s a quiet existence for the most part, except when there’s a festival in the neighborhood. Then the whole street gets loud with music and people. We just keep doing what we’re doing, day in and day out, at Sobha Dev. Ltd. It’s not much, but it’s our daily life here. We just try to keep things moving along slowly and stay busy with the local work.
