Sobha Builder

Sobha Builder is located at A 502 in the Ravi Darshan Apartment. This is over in Pune, Maharashtra. We run things from an apartment, which is quite common for builders who are just starting out or prefer to keep things manageable. Pune is a fast-growing city and there is always something being built or fixed. We are right in the middle of all that. Our office isn't some huge showroom. It’s a workspace where we look at plans, talk to clients, and manage our site workers. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at our screens or paper drawings. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We are builders. We take on projects and we try to finish them without too much drama. The Ravi Darshan building is a well-known spot in our area, so it’s easy for people to find us. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business well. We spend a lot of our time out at actual construction sites, so the office is often just a place to catch up on emails and bills in the evening. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We just want to do our jobs and keep our clients happy without making a big production out of it. Most days we are tired but we like seeing things get built properly from the ground up.
