We operate out of Dhayri in Pune, specifically in the Garmal area. Our office is located in Datta-Kutti Apartment, and we share the space with Prashant S. Bokil. A good way to find us is to look for the Dhamdhere Gas Agency, as we are right near there. It is a local landmark that helps people navigate the narrow lanes. S.N.Joshi handles project management consulting from here. It is a small, functional space. We do not have any fancy signs or a big staff. It is mostly just us looking over project timelines and talking to contractors. The office feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of folders. Dhayri has become very crowded lately, so getting in and out can take some time. We have seen the area grow from a quiet suburb to a busy hub. Inside the office, it is usually quiet unless we are on a call. We do not do anything flashy. No big presentations or glossy brochures. We just talk through the projects and give our advice based on what we know from experience. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and you can hear them through the window. It is a very grounded way to work. We like being in this part of Pune because it feels like a real community where people know each other.
