We are based in Pune, specifically over at Katraj in the Vadgaon area. The office is in Jayprakash Apartment, Flat B-4. It is right near the old toll booth, which is a landmark everyone around here uses to give directions. It is a busy part of the city, especially with the highway traffic and the people moving through. S.N.Joshi Consultants Pvt. Ltd. has been running out of this flat for some time. It is a typical residential building where we have converted some space for work. It is not a huge office. We have a couple of rooms for the staff and a small area for meetings. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a bit of a nightmare because there are so many people living in the building. Inside, it is just a normal workplace. We have computers, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. We deal with a lot of local consulting work in the Pune area. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is not working, but we are used to it. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or a secretary. We just do the work. It is a practical location for us because it is close to the outer ring of the city. We keep to ourselves and focus on getting through the daily tasks.
