Snehswamini Nidhi Limited is located in the Vanlika-Project, specifically in Wing 1-B, Flat No 702. We are way up on the seventh floor near Lavale Phata in Pirangut, Pune. It is a bit of a different setup since we are in a residential project rather than a main market shop. You have to take the lift up to see us. The area around Gat No -124 is growing quite fast, and there is always some construction noise or traffic near the Phata. From the window of the flat, you can see quite a bit of the Pune outskirts. We use this space to manage all the Nidhi activities, mostly paperwork for the local members who live around Pirangut. It is a quiet office, mostly because we are so high up. We have a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while we go over their savings details. It doesn’t feel like a bank; it feels like an office in a home. We keep our own hours and mostly just focus on getting the daily entries done correctly. Sometimes the lift acts up, or the courier guy gets lost trying to find the wing, but that is just part of being in a big complex. We chose this spot because it is accessible for the local residents who don’t want to go all the way into the main city for their money matters.
