Operating out of Budhwar Peth in Pune 411002 is an experience because the area is so packed with life. We handle tours and travel bookings from our small office here. Most mornings involve checking the schedules and seeing which cars are out and which ones are coming back. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly just sitting at the desk and talking on the phone with customers or drivers. We’ve had some long days where things don’t go exactly as planned, but we just keep at it. The traffic in this part of the city can be really difficult to predict, so we spend a lot of time telling people to be patient. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how the travel business works around here. We try to keep things simple for the people who come to see us. It’s more about knowing the roads and having a decent vehicle ready than anything else. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Pune over the years, but Budhwar Peth always stays busy. We just fit in where we can. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have a few customers inside, but we make it work somehow. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, but it’s our daily life and we are used to it. No big promises, just trying to get the trips organized correctly for everyone.
