Smith International & Smith Tools Corporation is tucked away in the Bhosari Indl Estate. Our address is 3/P 104 B Block, and we are right opposite the Paras Industrial Estate in the MIDC. It’s a huge area, and it’s easy to get lost if you don’t know the turns. Our place is basically a warehouse filled with all sorts of tools and industrial equipment. It’s a bit dark inside and smells like old metal and oil. We have shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, and they are packed with stuff. We spend a lot of our time looking for specific parts for customers who come in. Bhosari is the heart of the industry here, so it’s always busy and loud. We don’t have a nice lobby or a place to sit and have coffee. It’s a working tool shop. We wear old clothes because everything you touch is likely to be a bit greasy. We’ve been in this B Block location for quite a while now. We know the other business owners around here and we help each other out sometimes. We don't do any big promotions or anything. We just keep the stock ready and wait for the regulars to show up. It’s a steady kind of life, and we are happy just doing our thing without any fuss. The office part is just a small corner with a dusty computer and some files. We usually just eat our lunch right at the desk.
