We handle the warehousing part of Smg Spacers Pvt. Ltd. (Warehousing) over at 400, Mantera near Nanded Phata on Sinhagad Road. This part of the city is always moving, and the traffic on Sinhagad Road can be quite something during the morning rush. The warehouse is a big, open space with high ceilings and rows of metal shelving. It’s mostly about organization here, making sure everything is in its right place so we don’t spend hours looking for one specific box. We have a small desk near the loading bay where we check the manifests as the trucks come in. The air in the warehouse can get a bit stuffy in the afternoons, so we keep the big shutters open to let the breeze through. It’s not a fancy setup at all, just concrete floors and fluorescent lights. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking back and forth between the racks. Nanded Phata is a landmark for most people coming to find us, so we usually just tell them to look for that intersection. The work is mostly quiet, punctuated by the sound of packing tape and the occasional truck backing into the bay. We don't have a reception desk or a waiting room. If someone stops by, they usually just find us somewhere among the stacks of spacers. It’s just a regular warehouse doing its thing every day at 400 Mantera to keep the supply chain moving without making any big deal about it.
