We are based out in the Baramati M.I.D.C. at W-46. It’s quite a distance from the main city of Pune, but this industrial area is where all the real work happens. Our facility is dedicated to chemical technologies, though we don't like to make it sound more complicated than it is. We have a set of labs and production areas where we spend our hours. The air out here in Baramati is a bit different than the city. We have a crew of people who come in every shift to keep the processes running. It’s a lot of monitoring gauges and making sure the mixtures are right. We aren't into big corporate speeches. We just focus on the technical side of things and getting the orders out to the distributors. The building is a standard industrial shed, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly stainless steel and pipes. We’ve been part of this industrial zone for a while now. Lunch breaks are usually spent together in the small canteen area. It’s a steady environment. We deal with a lot of regulations and safety checks, which is the main part of our daily routine. It’s about getting the science right without making a big fuss about it. We just do our jobs and go home to our families in the district. It’s a decent living for everyone involved here and we stay busy year-round without much downtime.
