You can find Sm Industries Pvt Ltd on the fourth floor of Viman Pride. We are right near the telephone exchange in Viman Nagar, Pune. It’s a good location because there’s always something going on nearby, though finding parking can be a real headache sometimes. A small team of us works out of Suite 401. Dealing with industrial products and manufacturing means our desks are usually covered in technical drawings and component samples. Viman Nagar is a nice part of Pune, and we enjoy the local cafes during our lunch breaks. This office is pretty straightforward, without expensive furniture or useless decorations, just the tools we need to work. We aren't a massive industry giant, just a private limited company trying to grow a bit every year. Sometimes meetings go on for a long time without a clear result, and other times we solve a big production problem in five minutes. That’s just the way it goes. We don’t try to impress anyone with big words; the focus is just on making sure our orders go out on time and the quality is decent. It’s a lot of work keeping track of suppliers and clients, but we’ve got a good rhythm going now. It feels like a small family here most of the time, and we like that about our little office in Pune.
