Skylark Infraprojects Pvt Ltd

Our office for Skylark Infraprojects Pvt Ltd is located in Gajanan Apartment, specifically Flat No-A1-8. We are in the Katraj-Kondhwa Buduruk area of Pune, which has grown a lot lately. It’s a flat that we converted into an office space, so it has a kitchen and a balcony where we go to take breaks. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it’s where we do all our planning and project management. The road outside can get pretty jammed up with trucks and commuters, so we try to time our site visits carefully. We work on infrastructure stuff, which means a lot of technical drawings and dealing with government departments. It isn't always exciting work, but someone has to do it. We have a few computers, some drafting tables, and plenty of files shoved into cabinets. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how to stay out of each other's way. Pune weather is usually okay, but the dusty winds in this part of town can be a bit much. We don't have a big corporate story to tell. We just sit in our apartment office, look at the project numbers, and try to make sure everything is built according to the plans. It’s just us doing our jobs in a quiet corner of Pune-48.
