Skh Sila (I) Pvt. Ltd.

We are out at Gat. No.702 on the Chakan - Chikrapur Highway. It is near the Indian Oil Petroleum pump, which is a good landmark because the village of Bhose can be a bit tricky to navigate if you are new to the area. Skh Sila (I) Pvt. Ltd. is part of the big industrial sprawl in the Tal-Khed region. Around here, you see a lot of farmland mixed in with these big manufacturing plants. Our daily view is a mix of trucks on the highway and the hills in the distance. The work inside is focused on assembly and manufacturing. It is a large space and it can get quite noisy when all the equipment is running at once. We have a lot of people from the nearby villages working with us, which gives the place a local feel even though it is a big factory. The commute can be long for some of us, but we are used to the highway life. We do not have fancy glass offices. Most of our space is dedicated to the actual work and storage. There is always a lot of movement in the loading docks with goods coming and going. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the schedule is followed. It is a practical life out here, far from the city noise but busy in its own way.
