We sit here at Flat 108 in the Adhinath Society building. It’s right on Satara Road in the Haveli area of Pune. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a while now. Most people know the F-building if they live nearby. We handle real estate stuff. It’s mostly just us working out of this flat. Sometimes it gets busy, other times it is quiet. We know the roads here pretty well. It’s a decent spot to be. We handle the paperwork and the talks for local property. Just a regular room where we keep our files. Shiv Realtors has been here for a bit. We just do the job. You might see us walking around the society grounds. It's a bit of a maze sometimes with all the blocks, but F-building is easy enough to find. We deal with what comes our way. The traffic on Satara Road can be something else, but we like it here. We take things as they come. No big speeches or anything. If someone needs a place or wants to sell, we help out. That’s about it. We’ve seen the area change over the years.
