S.J Patil Co.Kolhapur is the name on the papers, but we are actually based out of Pant Balekundri. Our spot is H.No 638 on Plot No 6 in Pant Nagar. Even though the name says Kolhapur, we have been working here in the Belgaum district of Karnataka for quite some time now. It’s a bit of a mix, but that is just how the business grew over the years. The office is simple and stays pretty busy most days of the week. We have a lot of stuff going on with the local projects around this part of the state. It is a practical setup where we keep our tools and our records organized. The neighborhood in Pant Nagar is mostly quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on the details. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It's a smaller group of us making sure the daily work gets finished. Sometimes the weather in Karnataka makes things interesting, but we just keep going. We don't have a flashy website or a big marketing team telling people what to think. We just show up at the plot, open the doors, and get to it. Most people around here just call us by name and stop by if they need something. It’s an honest way to run a business and it keeps us connected to the community here.
