Site Manger

Site Manger is located on the third floor of Morya Gosavi Raj Park, P-24, in Keshav Nagar, Chinchwadgaon. I’m the one running the office here in Pune. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve been here for a good amount of time. My work is mostly about keeping the site organized and making sure the projects stay on track. I’m not a big fan of sitting behind a computer all day, so I spend most of my time down at the actual work sites. We have a small office on the third floor for when we need to do the accounts or talk to clients, but it’s pretty basic. We don't have a lot of decorations or fancy furniture. It’s just a place to get the planning done. I’ve worked in construction and site management in Pune for a long time now. I know the local rules and how to get things moved through the system. It’s a lot of talking to people and solving small problems before they become big ones. We just do the work and try to stay on schedule. It’s not always easy with the rain or traffic, but we manage. People know us for being practical. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do what needs to be done. It’s a simple way of working but it gets the job finished.
