Sitaai Agritech Foods is a small operation where we focus on food products and agricultural technology. It’s not a huge factory; it’s more of a place where we get the work done every day. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking the quality of what comes in. Pune is a fast city, but we try to keep things grounded. The staff here are mostly people from the neighborhood. We started this because we saw a gap in how food was being handled between the farm and the city shops. We aren't interested in being some big brand name you see on billboards. We just want to make sure the food that passes through our hands is decent. You’ll often find us at the office late, sorting through orders or planning the next delivery. It’s a lot of coordination. Being near the temple, we get a lot of foot traffic and noise, but it feels like home. We just do our bit in the food chain and try to keep the business running smoothly without any unnecessary fuss.
