Simplyassist Foundation

We are located at A 204 in the Kasturkunj building. It’s right off University Road in the Shivaji Nagar area of Pune. The Simplyassist Foundation started because we realized a lot of people just needed a little bit of help with everyday things. We aren’t some massive organization with a huge budget. It’s just a small office where we manage things. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who come by S No 132B. It’s a bit of a maze to find us sometimes, but we’re here. The work we do isn't very glamorous. It involves a lot of paperwork and talking to folks who are having a rough time. We try to keep it simple, hence why we picked the name. Pune is a big city and it’s easy to get lost in the shuffle. We just try to make sure that doesn't happen to everyone. Our team is small and we all do a bit of everything. There’s no "boss" who stays in a closed room; we’re all out here in the main space together. Some days we feel like we’re making real progress, other days it feels like we’re just treading water. But we keep coming back to the office in Kasturkunj because there’s always someone new who needs a hand with something. It’s just how we spend our days here in Shivaji Nagar, doing what we can for others.
