Simplex Infra

Simplex Infra is located at the Goa Shipyard Ltd in Vaddem, Vasco Da Gama. Working inside a shipyard is a whole different experience compared to a normal office. There is the smell of the sea and the constant sound of metal clanging and ships being moved around. Our space is right there in the middle of the industrial action. It is not a place for fancy clothes; we are usually in our work boots and gear. Vasco is a busy port town and there is always a lot of energy around. Our office is a small cabin where we track our projects and manage the logistics for the infrastructure work we do for the shipyard. The humidity can be quite high, being so close to the water, and the salt air tends to rust things quickly if we aren't careful. We have a small team of technicians and managers who are used to the noise and the grit of the shipyard life. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy lobby to welcome guests. We just have a kettle for tea and some maps of the dock area. It is a very practical environment. We mostly deal with the people working on the ships and the port authorities. It is a tough environment but we have grown to love the unique atmosphere of the Goa shipyard. We just focus on the day-to-day work.
