Silverferns

Silverferns is located in Shinde Nagar over in the Sangavi area. We are tucked away in the Hirkani Housing Society, right next to the Sanvidhan Store. It’s a more residential feeling part of Pune compared to the big office parks downtown. We’ve been here for a while and like the pace of the neighborhood. The office is basically where we handle all our planning and coordination. It’s not a big, sleek operation. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of paper rolls. Most of our work is about getting the small things right. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have in front of us. Often, we are out visiting sites or meeting with people around Pune to see how things are progressing. When we are in the office, it’s usually quiet enough to get some real work done without too much interruption. We like the local feel of being in Sangavi. You get to know the people nearby and the shop owners. Our approach is pretty basic. We listen to what's needed and then we try to draw it up. There’s a lot of trial and error in this kind of work, and we don’t pretend otherwise. It’s about solving problems and moving on to the next one. We’ve been doing this for long enough to know that being practical is usually the best way to go.
