Silver Knot Handcrafted Jewellery (Opc) Private Limited

We work out of Flat No 7 in the Green Field II building. It’s located at S No 114/3A, right on Paud Road in Kothrud, Pune. Since we are Silver Knot Handcrafted Jewellery (Opc) Private Limited, our setup is more like a workshop than a store. It’s a residential building, so it’s actually quite peaceful most of the time. We have turned the main room into a space where we can sit and make things by hand. There are tools and silver wire and small parts everywhere. It might look a bit messy to someone else, but we know where everything is. Being in Kothrud is nice because the neighborhood is green and has a lot of good cafes and shops nearby. We don't have walk-in customers usually; we mostly work on pieces that people have ordered online or through friends. Sometimes we sit out on the balcony when the weather is good to do some of the lighter work. It’s just one person running most of it, but sometimes a friend helps out with the packing. The commute isn't an issue since it's close to where I live. It’s a very personal way to do business. I like that I can take my time with each piece without the pressure of a big factory or a busy shop floor. It’s just about making something nice and getting it sent out to the right person. That’s how we’ve always done it.
