We are located at 25 Electronic Estate on the Pune-Satara Road. Silkaans Electrical Mfg.Co.Pvt.Ltd. has been operating out of this unit for a while now. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of trucks and machines nearby. We do electrical manufacturing, which basically means a lot of wires, components, and testing equipment scattered around the floor. It’s not a showroom. It’s a workspace. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we just have to deal with it. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for years. We wear old clothes because things get dusty and greasy when you’re making things. The Pune-Satara Road can get pretty backed up with traffic, so we usually start early to avoid the worst of it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we build actually works when it leaves the door. There are blueprints pinned to the walls and spare parts in buckets. It looks a bit chaotic to an outsider, but we know where everything is. If you need to find us, look for the sign near the entrance of the estate. We’re usually in the back working on an order. We don't have a receptionist, so you might have to shout a bit to get someone’s attention over the noise of the fans. It’s just how we get things done here.
