We are tucked away in the Pragati Industrial Complex in Kothrud. Specifically we have Units 8 and 15 which gives us a bit of room to spread out the bigger signs we make for people. Being in an industrial complex means there is always the sound of someone welding or a truck loading up nearby. It’s a working environment and we fit right in with the rest of the units here. We use Unit 8 for the main work and Unit 15 for some of the storage and other bits we don't need every hour. It’s a bit of a walk between the two but it works for us. Kothrud has grown a lot and the complex is always humming with activity. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the place look pretty for visitors. It’s a workshop first and foremost. You’ll see tools scattered around and half-finished frames leaning against the walls. We have a small kettle for tea when things get slow but mostly we are just busy with the machines. The air smells like metal and paint most days which is fine by us. It’s a honest way to earn a living and we like being part of the industrial community here. We don't have a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build the signs and make sure they aren't going to fall apart the moment they are put up. It takes a lot of time to get everything aligned right with the space we have. Sometimes the machines are loud but that is just work.
