Sigma Properties

We run Sigma Properties from Shreenidhi Apartment, which is at number 24. We are located in Kothrud, Pune, right near the Kumbare Township. It’s a good spot to be in because Kothrud is always growing and there’s always something happening with local real estate. Our office is essentially a part of the apartment building, which makes it feel very grounded and local. We don't have a massive storefront with glowing signs. Instead, people usually find us because they live nearby or have heard about us from a neighbor. Most of our time is spent talking to people about flats, land, or rentals. We have a lot of files and maps of the area scattered around our desks. It’s not the most organized-looking place in the world, but we know where everything is. Being near Kumbare Township means we get a lot of foot traffic from people looking for a new place to stay. We just sit down with them, have some tea, and talk about what’s available. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a place has issues, we mention it. We aren't here to give a hard sell. It’s just about helping people find what they need in this part of Pune. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for many more years, just doing things our way.
