Our office is located in Kharadi at Sai Shankar, right across from the Muthoot Finance building and near the Hdfc Bank. We have been working out of this spot for a while now, and it is a pretty busy area most days. People usually come in when they are looking for help with hiring new staff or finding a job that actually fits what they do. It is just a small, basic office space with some desks and computers. We spend most of our time on the phone or going through stacks of resumes that come in. Dealing with people all day can be quite a lot, and it gets a bit stressful sometimes, but that is just part of the work. We handle the interviews and all the paperwork that goes along with it. It is not a flashy place at all. Most of our clients find us because they live around here or someone they know told them to stop by. We try to keep our files organized so we do not lose track of anyone. If you are walking past the bank, you will probably see our sign out front. The traffic on this street can be a real headache in the evenings. We just keep doing our thing here at Sai Shankar, focusing on getting the right people into the right positions. It is straightforward work without any of the extra fluff you see in bigger cities.
