Siesta Springs Serviced Apartments

We set up Siesta Springs Serviced Apartments over in Vidyanagar 2nd Main because we saw people needed a place to stay that didn't feel like a cold hotel. New Layout is a quiet enough spot. I usually handle the keys and make sure the towels are fresh before anyone shows up. Sometimes the wifi acts up but we fix it quick. Most people stay for a week or two while they're working nearby. It’s just a building with some rooms, nothing fancy. We keep the kitchenettes stocked with basic stuff like spoons and a kettle. My cousin helps me with the cleaning on weekends. We started this a few years back. It’s a lot of laundry, honestly. The street outside is mostly residential so it stays pretty calm at night. If someone arrives late, I usually leave the light on for them. It’s just us running the place day to day. We don't have a big front desk or anything like that. You just call when you’re near Vidyanagar and I’ll come down to meet you. The apartments have decent windows. Sometimes the plumbing makes a little noise but it works fine. We try to keep things tidy for whoever is coming in next. It’s a simple living situation for people who just want a bed and a stove for a while. It’s better than a hostel but not as stiff as a business hotel.
