Sidhivenyik Construction

Our small construction operation is based out of the Deanbandhu Housing Society in Jaysingpur. It is a local setup where we handle various building tasks around the village and the nearby areas. Jaysingpur is the kind of place where everyone knows everyone, so we mostly work through word of mouth. We don't have a big fancy office in a mall; we just work from where we are in the society. Most days involve coordinating with sand suppliers or making sure the cement arrives on time for a slab pouring. It is a lot of hands-on management. We deal with the heat and the dust every day, making sure the walls are straight and the work is solid. The people who work with us are mostly locals too. We keep our tools and materials ready and move from one small site to another. It is a basic way of doing things, but it keeps us busy. Sometimes we are working on a small house, other times it might be a renovation or a wall. We don't use big machines for everything, we rely on hard work and knowing the trade well. Being in Deanbandhu Housing Society makes it easy for people to drop by and ask about a project they have in mind. We just keep things simple and focus on the bricks and mortar in front of us. That is the way we like to do things around here.
