Sidheshwar & Co

Based over at number 29 in the Electronic Estate, Sidheshwar & Co is right in the thick of the Pune-Satara Road area. It is a busy part of the city, and the commute can be a bit of a headache some mornings, but we have grown fond of this location over the years. Our workspace isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It is just a practical unit designed for getting work done. Inside, you’ll find benches covered in components and various pieces of equipment that we use daily. We are a small group of people who just enjoy the technical side of things. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team; we just answer the phone ourselves and talk to whoever is calling. Sometimes the floor is a bit cluttered with crates, and the coffee machine in the corner is older than some of our staff, but it works. We like the rhythm of the Electronic Estate. There is a sense of community among the different businesses here, even if we all just wave as we head to our cars at the end of the shift. We stay focused on the orders we have and try to make sure everything leaving our door is sorted properly. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours, and we take some pride in keeping the business steady without making a big fuss about things.
