Our office is over at Somnath Nagar in Vadgaon Sheri. It’s tucked away in the Sanjay Gandhi Housing Society, Sno 43/3. If you know Pune, you know this area gets pretty packed during the day. We’ve been here for a while now, just working on whatever comes our way. It’s a family-run kind of thing, really. Sagar and Sanjay handle most of the big decisions, and the rest of us just make sure the paperwork doesn’t pile up too high on the desks. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many files from over the years, but we know where everything is. Mostly. It’s not like those shiny offices you see in the papers. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors and a desk that’s seen better days. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because most people find us just by asking around the neighborhood. Vadgaon Sheri is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of it all. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside and talk until it comes back. It's a simple way to work. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just take on a project, try to get it done without too much trouble, and move to the next one. We keep a small kettle for tea in the corner, and that’s usually running all afternoon. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough to stay out of trouble.
